1:1 meetings every other week, either virtual or in the Pisces Glow studio in St. Johns, where we’ll spend an hour and a half dedicated to your journey. These sessions include a drop-in meditation, Reiki healing, oracle readings, and more (so you get twelve 90-minute meetings of my undivided energetics and coaching!).
Whatsapp support in between meetings.

hi, i’m Rowan, and I know things.
Of course, it didn’t start that way - at least not in regards to who I was. Anything that anyone said about me might as well have been true, because I certainly didn’t know. I internalized every projection and opinion, whether or not they were accurate reflections of myself.
Then, one day, I realized I had very specific insight for everyone around me, which was consistently met with, “I never would have thought of that,” and, “That was exactly what I needed to hear.” I later learned that this was my intuition. So why not do the same for myself?
I began the process of finding myself, what I liked, and becoming that person. Finding core elements of myself gave the me stability to move through transition and be comfortable with who I truly am. Through this metamorphosis, I realized how being unapologetically myself allowed me to offer more to everyone around me, created spaciousness and joy in my life, and was the first true step into my higher callings.
Heading into this process, there were no resources available that spoke to me. Everything had a theme of returning to oneself, but I had no sense of self to return to. So, I built myself a framework from the ground up, through trial, error, and a lot of tears - but just as much laughter.
This process, above all, got me comfortable with my inner guidance. I also developed a deep connection with the spiritual world and my own guides. I have so much gratitude for transition and transformation. The more that I’ve embraced it, the more alignment I feel. And it is my desire to bring this life-changing work to those who feel lost, but know they are meant for deep fulfillment.
