My story is a lot of not-knowing. Growing up with an ill parent who needed near-constant care, I had to back-burner my own wants and needs. By the time I was free to start making choices for myself, I had no idea how. Even after nearly a decade of therapy, I felt like I was just on the ride of life, with no control.

At a certain point, I realized trial and error would be the only way to find myself. Like a teenager going through phases and aesthetics; trying on different things and slowly finding ones that fit. Through this process, I learned how to truly trust myself, and learned that change is a constant - almost everything I settled into as “me” was really a season, and that’s okay.

Experiencing this journey to self knowledge as an adult really allowed me to process the steps as I made them, and gave me the confidence in that walk to live in it wholeheartedly. I’ve rarely dealt with anxiety surrounding what others think or whether I’m doing something “right” in my life path. I was able to completely alchemize my reflecting, people-pleasing parts into someone unapologetically themselves.

My mission is to encourage others to live a life that aligns with their truest selves, and to become the unapologetically beautiful butterfly that emerges from the alchemy cocoon.
